My name’s Matt, and I’m here to help you learn the truth about training, nutrition, and all things fitness. My formal degree is in Exercise Science, and I have a bunch of other credentials as well, but highly qualified fitness professionals are a dime a dozen.

I’ve worked with hundreds of clients around the world over the past six years, which has taught me a lot about how fitness works… in real life. A lot of fitness pros can’t say the same.
I do online coaching, but I still work with clients in real life, and have done so since 2011.
