Fitness is cool, but there is much more to life than figuring out the perfect training split and cooking meals. Until now, I’ve written primarily about fitness things. That’s not going anywhere, but I have plenty of other interests, and I want to share them with you all, because if they’ve affected my life in a positive way, I think there’s a good chance they’ll affect your life as well.
Welcome to the first installment of My Favorite Things.
Now, I’ll be the first to admit that I blatantly stole this idea from Nate Green, one of my favorite writers in the world, who used to post “Things Currently Rocking My World” on his blog. I’ll also admit that some of the most life-changing books I’ve read, and some of the most meaningful things I’ve ever owned, I’ve discovered through lists like Nate’s, as well as others.
